The hotel was situated very nicely in a pedestrians zone right next to the Olympic park. Lots of restaurants, shops and a number of options for public transport. Our room on 10th floor was spacious, quiet and equipped with a kitchinette. The staff was very friendly and ready (and successful) to help us during our stay (extra sheets, late checkout, directions etc.). Another thing we were very pleased with was the breakfast buffet. We went to the ABBA arena for the ABBA Voyage show. Walking distance (through the Olympic park) in roughly 10...15min. That was ideal.

Amazing everything, the staff, the general manager was delightful and so welcoming to us. The bar areas are gorgeous, the cleanliness of the whole hotel was exceptional, it smells just amazing too! Breakfast was wonderful and the location of the hotel was absolutely perfect. Loads of places surrounding the hotel to eat and drink too not to mention the shopping! Fantastic train links straight from Stratford train station just 5 minutes walk from the hotel. I cant recommend this hotel highly enough! A great place to stay if you are attending the ABBA Voyage.

The hotel is new and very clean. The location was perfect as it was situated directly in front of Westfield Stratford mall and a 3 minute walk to the tube station. The room is cozy and size was spacious. The most important thing was how quiet the hotel was.

Absolute 10/10 hotel!!! We had room on 10th floor, great view, extremely clean, well equipped, breakfast room very glamurous. and food fresh and tasty. Spacious eoom. Trains, buses, metro and shopping center 50-200metres. Couldnt wish more! Comftable beds and blankets. Big windows, which gives you lot of light! Thank you!

Location was fantastic, in the heart of Westfield shopping centre, close to underground parking. The free breakfast was a bonus - it was amazing, with full English, bakery goods, smoked salmon, fruits, toast and cereal -let's just say I didn't need lunch!!! The room was very comfortable and bathroom was clean, with a spacious shower. When I asked, I was given a complimentary late check out which helped me enormously. Staff were kind and attentive.

Friendly and helpful staff at reception, concierge, restaurant and cleaning. Location great for underground and shops. Room generally quiet, facing Cherry lane. Nice buffet breakfast, choice of hot and cold foods with good coffee and bread

Room was spacious and comfortable. Most of the staff were polite and courteous. Generro (duty manager) was very helpful and his customer service was excellent. Good dining facilities.

Ideal hotel in London. Stratford has perfect connections to Heathrow (Elizabeth line), city center, Docklands and Greenwich, rail and bus. Olympic park and venues in 5-minute walk. Morning runs in Olympic park, Victoria park, by the canals. Westfield mall for shopping, eating. The hotel is new, well maintained, comfortable. Rooms are spacious, clean, light. Small kitchen is a nice addition. Staff is kind and attentive. Breakfast is tasty, well-assorted. Altogether, an optimal value and we would choose again.
